  • Application Tips

    Apply initial application of GreenView® Solutions Natural Base Lawn Fertilizer at the recommended application rate below. For maximum effectiveness, prepare your lawn by aerating or de-thatching before applying GreenView® Solutions Natural Base Lawn Fertilizer. For the quickest results, water soon after application and regularly thereafter.

    Signs of turf stress will begin to lessen in one to two weeks. Within four to six weeks turf grass will show significant visual improvement. A second application may be required to achieve best performance.

    Follow the GreenView® Solutions Natural Base Lawn Fertilizer Lawn Restoration Program for effective results. Repeated applications will help reduce stress from periods of drought, heat and severe cold.

    Application Recommendation:

    For Stressed Turf:

    Make an initial application at the rate of 6.0 lbs per 1,000 sq. ft to yield 0.9 lbs. Nitrogen per 1,000 sq. ft. 3-4 Annual Application Plan:

    Apply 3 to 4 times per year at the rate of 5.0 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft to yield 0.75 lbs. Nitrogen per 1,000 sq. ft. 4-6 Annual Application Plan:

It can be very difficult in our western Colorado town to keep grass alive but ours is a vibrant green and thick. We have four children so there is a lot of foot traffic but it is holding up well. I love that this fertilizer is safe for pets and children. Such great peace of mind. We only used about 1/4 of the bag so we are excited to continue to use this on our lawn. Definitely recommend.

It’s easy to apply, doesn’t make me worry about my pets being in the yard, and after a few weeks I can already tell a difference in how the lawn looks. We had dead grass from where dogs had ruined it and already it is growing back and working great. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs fertilizer. It also was super easy to use. I don't do lawn care often, and even I figured it out.

I enjoy gardening and making my yard look the best it can, purely for self enjoyment. I know maintaining a nourished turf prevents erosion as well as maximizing softness when playing in the yard. In the past, I've always used chemical based fertilizer, even when our children were younger. Recently I've been changing my thoughts about all types of products we consume, becoming more conscious of natural processes and composition, mostly with the food we eat. When I discovered the GreenView all natural fertilizer, reading the contents were safe for both pets and children, I immediately decided to use the product for my lawn rather then purchasing the usual chemical based ingredients. Now that we have our first grandchild, who will be running in the yard this summer, I'm pleased to know he will be safe and healthy.
