Rated 5 out of 5 by from Starting the Test Purchased this seed a while back to make sure i had it when the fall came. Still kind of hot here but did start putting it down in a few spots. I keep areas moist 2-3 times a day as required. Hope to see germination in about a week. I want this seed to work as it is very hard to grow anything here in Southern New Mexico and I want to have a nice back yard. I really hope the seed works. I have always been happy with Greenview products.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Greenview Grass Seed and Fall Fertilizer As a result of Harrisburg's lack of measurable rain, that has extended from the Summer through the Fall, we are not noticing any improvement in our lawn's grass health and grass seed germination. Since our application of the fertilizer and seed, we have kept our lawn moist by watering it every other day. If Lebanon Seaboard had shipped the fertilizer and seed early in September, we could have applied the products prior to the rain that began on September 21.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Got growth! I needed to reseed some areas in the lawn that was damaged and used the Sunny Mixture grass seed. The seeds germinated within a week in most of the areas. I used compost with the existing dirt and watered twice a day. I will buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not use any other grass seed! These photos tell the story. This seed did exactly what LebSea promised it would do. Came in at 10 days, it enjoyed about 2 weeks of rain and I was finally able to give it the first cut at 4 weeks after it dried. I have been using their products for 20 years and remain a happy customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Product!! We had an area in our yard, that had a bald patch after removing a shed off of the property. We noticed that after winter passed this year that area still hasn't grown any grass, we used the GreenView Fairway seeds for this area about a month ago. Being a novice in this area, I followed the instructions on the bag and suggestions from the web, and now we are seeing some growth. GreenView Fairway formula in my opinion is a very good product, I can't wait to see how the yard looks after full growth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good We have had late cold weather so I have been slow to get my sunny grass seed out. It is out now and beginning to sprout. I am happy with the results so far and am confident it will do wonderful and come in thick, hearty and beautiful! Gotta love spring!
