    GreenView Fairway Formula Seeding Success is a combination product of paper mulch, starter fertilizer and a tackifier used to help grass seed germinate. This product is ideal for repairing bare spots, seeding new lawn section and overseeding and you choose the seed to match your lawn.

    • Pellets hold 3x their weight in water, keeps seed moist to promote growth with less watering

  • Application Tips

    1. Prepare your soil by loosening the surface with a garden rake. Spread the grass seed of your choice as directed on the package.

    2. Sprinkle GreenView Fairway Formula Seeding Success pellets by hand or use a rotary or drop spreader over the newly seeded soil. Apply enough GreenView Fairway Formula Seeding Success to cover 1/4 of the exposed soil.

    3. Thoroughly water the seed bed or patch area. Once watered, GreenView Fairway Formula Seeding Success pellets expand up to 3 times their weight in water. Pellets remain enlarged and reabsorb water for several days.

    4. Continue to water the seeded area when pellets get light in color. GreenView Fairway Formula Seeding Success biodegrades naturally as grass grows so no cleanup is required.

The only complaint I have is that it was too heavy for me to pick up but that is also a good thing because you get a good amount of product for your plants

Living out in the woods, with all my animals I thought that there was no sense in even trying to put grass seed down with straw over it because they would eat it. But I tried this as an alternative to see what would happen and it was awesome. My animals seemed to leave it alone, so the grass should be sprouting in the next week or so!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I have two problems. Grass seed is so small. My yard is full of birds. Using this product does two things, protects and improves the health of your grass. So you have fertilizer and mulch. The mulch is made of paper and is biodegradable. I like that. It retains moisture and that is most important for the health of your grass. The formula is designed to keep the seeds in one place. It s a lot of work seeding a yard. Take this one extra step to make sure it grows into a healthy lawn. I sure don’t want to do it again next year. It will take a bit of time but I can see my yard will look great.

Seeding your yard can be quite a bit of work,if you have a big yard like I do,and this product makes sure that the seeding stays in place until it has time to germinate. It seems to be working great. Grass is coming up again and I’m happy about that!

We put down some dover mix grass seed with the seeding success laying right on top. The reason for the small success is due more to the wheather in maine right now not the seeding success itsself.

It's easy to use, and safe for the environment which is always a plus. A little goes a long way. We will use the remainder in other dead area. The directions for use are clear.
