Order Changes.
You can update personal information, email, shipping and billing data and also make changes to your order information including product, quantity and shipment dates by contacting Greenview Customer Service at 1-800-233-1067. You may also request changes (except credit card information) by sending email to customerservice@greenviewfertilizer.com. |
Notification of Shipment.
Prior to shipping, we send an email notice to allow you to make changes to either the product or quantity. If you place an Annual Lawn Plan order and it is the right time to apply one of the products (spring/summer/fall/late fall), you will not receive an email notice as we will ship the order right away. Please refer to your order confirmation page for order details and call Customer Service with any questions at 1-800-233-1067. |
Cancellation.
You may cancel your Greenview Annual Lawn Plan at any time by calling 1-800-233-1067 or in reply to the pre-shipment email. |
How The Annual Lawn Plan Works
Unlike other fertilizers that recommend numerous applications throughout the year, the Greenview Annual Lawn Plan consists of applications in the Spring and Fall, and enhanced with optional lawn supplements for weed, insect and late fall feeding (winterizer).
To sign-up for an Annual Lawn Plan, simply enter your zip code. Pick your products and tell us how many bags you need (we can help you calculate that, too). We watch the calendar and weather in your locale. At the optimal time for application, we ship your products. All you have to do is apply it.

Timing is Everything
Our agronomists are particularly diligent concerning weather conditions across the country. The timing of your delivery is determined by your regions real-time weather and phonological indicators. Generally, however, applications are delivered at these times:
Spring - Between early March and as late as May
Summer - Applications for Grub Control early May through August
Fall - Between late August and the end of September
Late Fall (Winterizer) - October through December
