    A mix of our top varieties that will excel on any lawn.  This mix is similar to those used on athletic fields for improved traffic tolerance of people and pets.

    • Provides quick germination and lawn establishment
    • Dark green color and medium fine texture
    • Newer generation seed for improved performance and appearance
    • 3 lb. bag covers: 750 sq. ft. for new lawns, 1,500 sq. ft. for overseeding
    • Approximate Germination:  7-10 days
    • Contains a mixture of perennial ryegrass, tall fescue and Kentucky bluegrass.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Product!! We had an area in our yard, that had a bald patch after removing a shed off of the property. We noticed that after winter passed this year that area still hasn't grown any grass, we used the GreenView Fairway seeds for this area about a month ago. Being a novice in this area, I followed the instructions on the bag and suggestions from the web, and now we are seeing some growth. GreenView Fairway formula in my opinion is a very good product, I can't wait to see how the yard looks after full growth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good We have had late cold weather so I have been slow to get my sunny grass seed out. It is out now and beginning to sprout. I am happy with the results so far and am confident it will do wonderful and come in thick, hearty and beautiful! Gotta love spring!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grass I struggle with growing grass that always gets burned down by people running on it and dogs coming and doing their business on my grass but I have to say this bag is a piece of work and magic it really does help create beautiful beautiful grass and super strong grass as I can say and if you’re needing that and this is a grass mix for you

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Patchy I have mixed feeling about this seed. I didn’t have much grass sprout up but it might have just not be warm enough weather yet. The directions were good as far as how and where plant it but didn’t say anything about when. We had a couple decently warm days then it turned cold. It’s been over two weeks and its finally starting to come up but patchy.

I have a patch of grass outback that really needed some sprucing up from a pool we had last summer. I added this as a treatment since the weather is getting warmer and it has really helped. The grass is growing in better than before and looks really healthy. I’m super pumped to add this into other areas in my lawn that need help as well and I believe this product works great! I would recommend this product as a treatment for any lawn care needs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great seed! Put this one for my dead front yard. We spread on early Spring and watering every other evening. We also put fertilizer to help them grown. The only minus is the bag is not big enough, you gonna need a ton of bags to covering up the whole yard so we plan to order some more!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still waiting for growth The south side of my yard gets zero shade all year long and most of my sod died off, even with me watering it. I wanted to use this to see if it would hold up with all of the sun. My husband prepared the yard by loosening the soil in the bald spots of our yard. It was easy to put seed down with our spreader. Unfortunately the weather turned cold and it snowed right after doing this so I haven't noticed growth yet. I'm hopeful that it will work and we will have grass that will thrive under this seed. It's made for areas that get 8+ hours a day, so I think it will be successful. The bag was three pounds so we have seed left over to try again if the snow killed it.

We had a tent covering a section of the yard, but this past winter destroyed the tent and left us with a huge patch of dirt, where the grass had died. 11 days ago I covered the area with Greenway Fairway Formula Grass Seed Sunny Mixture, and today we are seeing a little action. I'm excited to see the final results. I am a novice when it comes to grass and gardening, but the Greenway Fairway Grass Seed was easy to use. Apply seeds to the area, water in the morning so the sun can do its thing throughout the day, and stay with the routine. All I can say is Wow...Great Product!

I’m from Michigan and we are still getting frost, so I haven’t been able to try this out yet. I have total faith in this product though. I need to patch the areas where my dog has urinated and ruined the grass.
